Poolside Concrete Deck in Metter, Near Statesboro

The homeowner in Metter, an easy drive west of Statesboro, had a new pool installed and needed a real deck around it — not the temporary pavers the pool company left behind.

We formed a 6-foot wide apron around all four sides with a quarter-inch-per-foot slope away from the coping. That's the detail that keeps water and debris out of the pool.

Broom-finished for barefoot grip and to keep surface temperatures down under Georgia sun. Expansion joints at every corner so seasonal movement doesn't crack the field.
